You're right. I checked around and found out that Calcium stops your body from absorbing iron. Not a lot but I'm sure it can make a diference in the long run. I'll start taking them in the a.m. when I don't drink milk. Thanks for the info! I don't know if it's possible but I've been on my new pills for a week and Iron supplements for two weeks and I honestly am noticing less shedding when I brush my hair and not as much is coming out when I blow dry. Is this possible. I only weigh like 110 lbs do I wonder if my body isn't sucking up the Iron like crazy. Since I have been drinking tons of milk for the past month my hair has been growing in length very fast. I just cut it a couple weeks ago and I can't even tell now. I don't know how much is new growth but I was told to cut off a few inches. My hair guy said your hair is kind of like a plant, once it gets too long it looses more nutrients because all of the energy is going to the end of your hair so if you cut it more of the nutrients are near the root. Does this make any sense? I can tell my hair is way more healthy feeling and managable when I trim it. Maybe it's just me! Any opinions?
