Here's MY guess...I was on the pill (Ortho Cyclen) for several years. No problem. I went off of them for about 8 months. No Problem. I went back ON the pill...a few months later I started to shed....and I kept shedding for about a year or so. So I switched to Diane-35. NO improvement whatsoever over about 8 months. I just stopped taking ALL pills about 3 weeks or so ago and I VOW to be strong. I have a suspicion deep down in my heart that just when my body got used to itself again I upset it and it wants to go back. Sound crazy?? Not when I hear Karen's story. I'm only 25. The itching and pain are making me NUTS (literally I almost think). I expect I MAY have a temporary increase in shedding but I WILL NOT CAVE, DAMNIT!!!! I'll bear it and keep you all posted on my results. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
