I remember reading somewhere once that it is not uncommon to experience swelling of the breasts and/or abdomen when starting any estrogenic or progesterone substance. It even can happen when you start a high dose soy supplement, which has a rather mild estrogenic effect. The article said it is not like pathological cell proliferation, but rather a temporary edema. Maybe the Spiro is not enough to overcome that type of effect from the Yasmin. You could ask your doc if that might be what's happening, if you're concerned.
