How much Aldactone are you taking? If it is a low dose it may be doing nothing for your hair in the way of helping it. For it to help with hair loss in "some" and not all, the doses have to be a minimum of 100 mgs and a maximum of 200 mgs.

Have you talked to your doctor about this? Have you had recent blood work done for hormone/thyroid/ferritin levels?

Some women have noticed an opposite effect with Aldactone.
