Hi Michelle, Iam so happy for your decreased shedding and wish you continued success! My bleeding stopped for 2 weeks or so, and now it is back.(great subject, sorry!)Talked to the doctor, and surprisingly he said he doubts whether the spiro is causing this and that it might be the estrogen solution, or something else, to check with my gyn.

I forgot who you had said was also using some kind of estrogen solution, so I wanted to ask you if you remember so I could check with her.Also, the doctor agreed to increase my spiro to 100mg a day, and he said to take 2 25mg in the morning and 2 at night. Should I be taking those pills with any kind of fatty food to help absorption? and what kind of fatty foods? I read that somewhere a while back, so I wanted to check with you. Someone on this forum also mentioned that the spiro has side effects on the liver?! Do you know anything about that? My best wishes to you always! y
