Hi I suffered from acute hair loss and saw a dermatologist/hairloss specialist in Melbourne who reversed it successfully with a combination of HCG injections, herbal/minoxidil mix, and heavy vitamin doses. I had a full head of hair for 3- 4 years after seeing him, but have just started losing it all again (have moved to the UK, can't find anyone here to help).
