I have also experienced major hair loss. In addition my eyebrows have also become very thin. This is the most devastating feeling. I can't stop crying! However, although I do take Singulair and Advair, I also started taking Fosomax for osteoporosis 14 months ago, and that medication also contributed to the hair loss of many women according to my online research. None of the information provided by the pharmacists for these medications indicated hair loss as a side effect. I would not have waited this long had I thought they might be the cause of my problem. The doctors couldn't give me an answer..............I was left on my own to do research. It appears that women using these medications are experiencing the same thinning of hair and hair loss that I am. I get so frightened each time I wash my hair because so much of the long strands just cling to my palms. This is killing me. I don't know how to stop this problem....although I stopped all medication on my own as of yesterday. I no longer trust the doctors.

Has your hair stopped falling out? Has it grown back?
