Norwood, I can deeply sympathize with you! I went thru something very very similar about 4 years ago. A woman here at my work harassed ME, much like how you are being harassed. You have a ligitimate sexual harassment case. Correct, women DO have more power when it comes to this arena. THAT IS THE MORE REASON TO BE EVEN MORE CAREFUL ABOUT DATING AT WORK.

I understand your predicament with your deceased wife. Mine left me thru divorce in 93.

I have not had a relationship since my exwife. Talk about tough. I have had many flings and such but nothing with any substance.

Join a club(a hobby that you enjoy), go to a non-denominational church to find your next wife.

My episode at my job almost cost me my job. I threatened my boss with a lawsuit if he fired me. My boss knows that I make good on my threats. I told him flat out that he was clearly wrong. And he was. This woman ended up quitting about 3 months later. The woman was worse than cancer.
