That is the same conditioner. Wash your hair like normal(however you do it, I guess we all have different ways). Leave the system damp(not soaking wet). Take a small size amount of the conditioner and apply it to the hair and work it through. Wrap the system in syran wrap(cling wrap, not sure of other names or what it's called in Italy). Make sure it's wrapped, you do not want open air to hit the system, then wrap that in a towel. Then forget about it for 6 hours or go to bed and rinse it when you wake up.(it should be still damp when you unwrap it)

If you leave the conditioner on and it manages to dry then the hair will be a little stiff, even after you rinse it. So wash the hair again and it should be fine after that.
