Hi JJ,

As far as the curling of the lace goes, I found what may seem like a radical solution, although it really works well. In my case it wasn't the lace curling, so much as it was bubbling up, or "lifting" in the front after a while.

What I did to fix this was to take a sharp pair of scissors and cut straight into the lace for a distance of about 3/4 of an inch, from temple to temple along the front hairline, with the cuts spaced out about 1 inch apart.

What this seems to do is to relieve the upward lifting tension on the front of the lace, thereby reducing the tendency to lift/curl. A side benefit is that it makes it MUCH easier to put on and remove.

Obviously, the cuts are unperceptible when the lace is laid into the glue.
