Spanish Dude, thanks for your answer. I thought I read something on your forums in the past indicating a time that is best for taking finas/propecia/proscar.

I take it in the morning, which is best for me anyway. I have to say today was the first time in a long time that my shedding was down. I also started L-lysine a week or two ago.

I guess time will tell. Thanks again, SD.
