I was on propecia for 3 years with regrowth the first year, maintenance the second, and then loss the third. Actually by the end of the third year my loss became excelerated, as well as pimples(hadnt gotten many in 5+ years), oily forehead, and increased libido. I attributed the gradual loss in efficacy to a gradual upregulation of AR's. I gradually got off it and have been off it for about 3 months. My questions are do you think my AR levels are normal by now? and if i started propecia again at a lower dose, would it be reasonable to say that it would again be beneficial and any negative effects wouldn't come for 3+ years? Thanks so much
