I am glad things are somewhat cleared up. 6 months is really not that bad guys. If we can have the drug by the summer, I think things will be o.k.

And let's not forget, they haven't even decided if they are going to wait on the FDA's approval for the sNDA, so if they decide not to wait, the drug could be available tomorrow!

Let's keep it positive.

ps* I think in a way GSK is smart (don't get me wrong, I am not with them on this, and I want the drug more then any of you ;-) ), but from a bussiness stand point, if they can market the drug as a direct competitor against finasteride (i.e. if they can state how much more effective dut is then finast on the packaging), I feel they will enter the market of MPB a lot more effectively, then just plain "word of mouth". Once doctors become familiar with the product and note that it is a direct improvement of finasteride, and that the side effects are minimal, more doctors will probably be prescribing dut for treatment of MPB. I think GSK realizes this, and may be using this marketing tactic as an alternative to Phase III trials for MPB.
