As you will read, the main thing i wanted in a reply was some sort of time line on which some studies on their product will be released. Guess what? They dodged the question. Anyways, i emailed again asking for a ballpark figure, as well as the name of the dermatological journal they submitted their results to. If these questions are not answered, its pretty obvious this is a scam, and anyone who believes otherwise is a damn fool. enjoy.

Quite honestly I am impressed with the speed at which my response was posted to the news groups and equally impressed with the knowledgeable and thoughtful inquiries we have received. We are confident that all of the current skepticism will be dispelled with the results produced by FNS. Osmotics has a phenomenal reputation for producing quality products with proven results and we will continue to win loyal customers by providing results, not hype.

Dr. Ella Lindenbaum has been fully involved in the development of FNS and the duplication of her formula. We have recently submitted the findings of a new, clinically significant, double-blind study on FNS to a peer-reviewed dermatological journal. Should we present the information prior to the scrutiny of the peer review, we jeopardize the possible publication within the journal. The moment the study has been published, we look forward to sharing the details with you.

Initially, FNS will be available for sale online and in conjunction with our current retail partners. We will not be seeking FDA approval for Drug Classification and the product will be marketed as a cosmetic application. The formulation has never produced any negative side effects, proving categorically its safety profile.

FNS is designed for a once-a-day application and will be packaged to provide approximately a 2-month supply.

To whom it may concern, Recently there has been a buzz(some very skeptical) about your new product FNS. There was an email that was posted on an internet forum that made some more skeptical. In the mail you were asked about specific clinical studies, or lack there of, and it seemed to me that your company kind of dodged the question. In your response you stated that you planned on releasing a clinical study soon. When is soon? I'd be willing to bet that "soon" is going to be after your launch date in March, and that "soon" will actually stretch out for a long time. I do hope that I am sorely wrong; but the truth is that many false hairloss remedies have said the exact same thing. Every hairloss drug that works has some sort of clinical studies available. I'm not convinced that your company is trying to sell a snake oil, but I'm sure you can understand why so many are skeptical. Surely you must have some sort of clinical studies other than the original ones in Isreal, or that of the not so good results study performed in Europe. I also read a response from Osmotics that the reason for the bad results were due to additives, short shelf life, or something along those lines. So i guess i want to know a specific time frame on when a study will be out. I will be posting this email and its response on forums throughout the internet, and would really appreciate a specific time frame i won't have to be so skeptical. I also have the following list of ?s.

1. What formula altercations have been made from the original developed in Isreal? 2. What were the differences, if any, between the original formula tested on 15 patients in Isreal, and the more widely tested formula throughout Europe that didn't produce good results? 3. How long will a $60 supply last? 4. How will the product be marketed?(internet, retail, ect.) 5. Have any lawsuits ever been filed against your company by consumers?

I really do appreciate the time you take to answer these questions, as i hope they releive some of my concerns.
