Hello friends, Here is my personal experience while i was struggling to get my muscles shaped up. i did 5 hrs daily at gym for arnd an year and was very much embarrased to see that while i was putting up muscles at a very gradual pace my fellow friends were getting real string with the help of certain prescribed supplements.
