Abuse of power is no less ugly if a woman does it than if a man does it. If she uses her new power to do selfish things it's just as ugly as when men use their power to do selfish things. You can see the ugliness of your father hitting your mother but you do not see ugliness in women excluding bald men and then lying about it to cover it up. Excluding bald men is not a proper thing for them to do, but when they lie about it that's where it get ugly. They are putting the blame on us because they don't like us because we're bald. Isn't it bad enough that they don't like us because we're bald? Why do they also have to blame us for it by lying and saying they don't care about our hair? Of course, they care about our hair.
