I just checked the BBB and they said Hair club had agreat satisfactory rating. I somewhat agree with Micheal Smith, BUT that doesn't mean he's right. In Micheals defense Hair club is a big business and its going to have bad reports. Sure hairclub has some unsatisfied clients but hair club is still here and many of its locations remain and if hairclub was so bad they would have a web site like Bosley saying stories about how they ruined peoples lives. The fact is hairclub is still in its exact locations and hasn't left any of those locations. I read with hair replacement companies like hair club alot of dissatisfied clients begin complaining on the internet only because they don't like prices or they feel that there stylist were not concerned enough and didn't realize how busy a big business like hairclub is and a stylist can only concentrate at a certain level on a client. They use the internet to complain and make up false stories because of there unhappiness and want others to stay away from them so that they can draw the business away. Its a way of spiteing the company for high prices and not taking enough attention to them even though the client looks great.
On a negitive side why doesn't hairclub offer better systems. Its a big business why do they keep giving cheap systems to there clients. There shouldn't be a bio 2 or 4 there should be only one system and that's the BIO 4 that looks great.
Micheal Smits I don't know who's writing this stuff about your company but these people are not business men looking to get rid of business to your company. Some are very unhappy people who you were suppose to help. That's why I hope you leave an e-mail address to help clients and to listen to there problems and solve them.
