I have been going to HCM for 9 mths now. I have just replaced my first system. I did not use the Maxxam shampoo becuz I like a lather. I use Biolage which is just as good as their products. I am happy with their system but I do feel everytime I went in there I felt a little pressured to switch my hair out. Their prices to have my hair reattached just went up to $75.00 every time you go in.I go in once a month. I buy their Poly 3 to reattach the front because it does start loosing up at the front hair line in about 2 weeks. You can join their membership and as soon as you get your hair in you can freeze it. The only set back is you need to pay for your reattachment every month.
