You keep saying how you hate this company but how are still going. HELLO! Wake up. If you hate it that bad, remove and move on. You sound like a fool. You also said that they make you keep your appts. Yes, they do charge you $40 for no-show. What company doesn't? I've been a client for 3 years now and I love it. My hair looks great and yes, the people are VERY nice. Shave your head and shut up already.
