I was thinking about Dutasteride 1.0mg every other day and Propecia 1mg in between days. But I now just think 0.5mg Dutasteride every day will do fine and if I start losing results in a few years then can always start Finasteride again (assuming nothing better has come along and I am sure it will).

I am of the opinion that the fewer pills we put in our bodies the better (and I have popped a few over the last 6 months but no more). I only want ONE pill to take a day and that will be Dutasteride. I will also take a multi-vit and Vit C tablet as well as I have always done, nothing else.

As for topicals to go with Dutasteride:

1. Lipoxidil 2. Proxiphen-N 3. FNS (if the hype is credible) 4. Spiro 2% liposomal with ZO

I 'may' drop the Spiro because Dutasteride may provide all the DHT inhibition we need, not sure yet.

I just want an easy regimen with no hassles which is effective.
