Nothing really new in that article but it is good to see that cloning is still being talked about. It is also good that more than one person is working on these things. Give it 10 years and either hair multiplication/cloning or gene therapy will be commercially available.
As for the Laser Comb, I have read a few posters on hairlosstalk.com mentioning it. I wouldn't use it because I don't think it really tackles the issues involved with hairloss. But do more research and see what other users are saying...
