these people are scum they lead you to believe they have some great new permenant solution to hair loss.they glue a crappy half bald wig on your head and it starts falling off the first week.this is from personal experience.it's not even custom.they don't let you see what's going on.no touching either.i hate these people.2800.00 dollars right in the toilet.i am going to seek legal action if i can't squeeze my justifiable refund out of them .it looks horrible.has huge bald spots so you can see the base of their off the shelf wig.tape measure special.not even custom.natural looking hairline my butt,it's a wig.totally crappy .i showed up to their facilaty with a nice custom hair unit and told them i was sick of wearing a hair piece and they went ahead and removed my quality hairpiece and glued on a balding wig that feels like horse hair.this is a wig glued onto your head no matter what they try and lead you to believe.and it's the crappiest wig i've ever seen.don't be a victim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
