I think some people expected Dutasteride to be launched at the European Association of Urology Annual Meeting (23 - 26 February). There is a presentation on Dutasteride on 25 February (http://www.uroweb.org/files/uploaded_files/birmingham2002/scientificprogramme/monday.pdf). This is what HairLossHelp said anyway (http://www.hairlosshelp.com/html/DutasterideApproval.cfm).

Though I'm not sure what meeting was supposed to be held on 12 February?
