Arimidex+finasteride:  the "dog study"!

For all the people out there who are determined to try Arimidex despite the utter lack of any scientific evidence linking estrogen to MPB: you better be really _careful_ about messing with your hormones to that extent!

You can now read every word of that study which tested a combination of Arimidex and finasteride in dogs and found some very disturbing effects, like increases in size of both their prostates and testes, and some MAJOR increases in serum testosterone. The study is: "Effect of Dual Inhibition of 5-Alpha-Reductase and Aromatase on Spontaneously Developed Canine Prostatic Hypertrophy", Suzuki et al, The Prostate 37:70-76 (1998).
