Minoxidil stimulates to some extent the production of VEGF. And i guess pilliel had that miraculous effect in wound healing because it promoted the expression of certain growth factor (KGF, FGF, etc). So if FNS works the same way we are not only talking about nutrients but growth factors stimulants also.
