Not much of a study - they didn't have an arimidex-only control group! OF COURSE prostate size will increase when you block conversion of testosterone into estrogen, especially compared to blocking conversion to DHT. This gives no indication whether the combination of finasteride & arimidex is worse than arimidex alone.
