The evidence seems to indicate that estrogen not only helps protect hair follicles from androgens, but also stimulates their growth. If I were you, I wouldn't assume that simply adding finasteride to Arimidex lets you reduce estrogen with impunity and completely avoid any negative effects on hair.

While I wouldn't expect any MAJOR negative impacts on hair, there might still be SOME, for all we know...
