It won't really help with true gyno. If you are experiencing painful nips, and lumps, only thing to do is get the heck off the finasteride at 5 mg and lower your dose.

Vitex may help with some minor puffyness around the nips, but if they hurt, don't let it progress, reduce your dose a.s.a.p.!
