Arimidex and Proscar! Is it Gyno! My Results!

Im 33 and started using Arimidex .25mg per day and Proscar 1.25mg per day since January 1, 2002 and have been using 5% Minoxidil twice a day. I also bodybuild and supplement with Creatine, Arginine, Glutamine, ZMA (zinc, magnesium supplement) and various High Protein Powders. My results from the Arimidex/Proscar/5% Minoxidil im still not sure about. It seems that my thinning hair is somewhat fuller, yet maybe its just a placebo thing. My real concern here is gyno. Im very paranoid about getting it and thats the main reason im using Arimidex with the Proscar. The problem is, I feel like I might be getting it anyway. My nipples sometimes itch and when I inhale deeply, it feel like a gas or intergestion pain in my breast area. This doesent happen all the time, only sometimes during the day. Im aware that this also could be my paranoia and im just being over concerned. I guess my question is, can someone get gyno from the dose of Proscar im using when taking Arimidex with it? I mean, is taking Arimidex an absolute in preventing gyno?
