Hello Billy, Arimidex is an anti Aromatase, wich lowers Estrogen, and it is supposed to relieve some of the sideeffects of propecia. But the drug is very expensive and it goes against all common knowledge of MPB & DHT but it seems to actually work, alone as some claim and also in combination with propecia.

If you are worried about propecia sideeffects, bring this up with your doc (the same one you got propecia from) and ask him to monitor your estrogens, and if they are higher than before you started propecia go ask him if you can try Arimidex at low dosages to maintain normal levels ( to avoid gyno, and etc estrogen related sideeffects).

Always ask a good endocrine-doc before messing with the Endocrine system (hormone system), they should know best.
