I'm not Pete, but I can't resist a comment:
For pure regrowth (as opposed to simply stopping the balding process), it looks like minoxidil is better than an antiandrogenic approach all by itself. Hair-counts from minoxidil studies seem to surpass what they got in the dutasteride trial.

The "hair-count" refers to BOTH maintained hair and regrown hair, although the studies usually refer to *increases* in the hair-count, obviously indicating growth.
