Hi folks. I am 4 on Norwood scale. I started on the ZnO in Aug 2001 going with the patent version for the first 4 months. After that started the AA version. Had good results with clean scalp and vellous hairs. In Feb 02 started regular Morehairin from AW. Other than that I do not use anything else. On my recent trip to India I bought Mahabringhraj Oil and ScalpE shampoo (India's version of Nizoral 2%). I use Morehairin on 5 days of the week and Mahabringhraj Oil on the other 2 days. Also use ScalpE shampoo once a week. Other shampoos I use are Herbal Essences, Head & Shoulders etc. Currently using ZnO once a month on the AA version. My results, small tiny hairs growing faster than the others on my temples. Crown showing some growth also. Some are growing in bunches like 3 sprouts in one spot. However my temples need to fill up more to cover the balding area.
My questions are should I be using ZnO or should I stop using it since I have vellous hairs. If so how long should I use this. Which one do you feel is better, Morehairin or Souhakuhi? I have a feeling that I grew more vellous hairs on the Boric acid version of ZnO. Any inputs would be appreciated. Thanks
