I wasn't on the ZnO long enough to know whether it is a good idea to stay on it after you get the vellus hairs coming in, but I think Waseda did. Someone else here might have more input on that. Regarding Morehairin vs Souhakuhi, I have never used either.

I do know, though, that you should not be using Head and Shoulders, as its active ingredient is Pyrithione Zinc, which studies have shown can shrink the follicles (to a minor degree, obviously, but still...). If you want to rotate shampoos I would recommend Neutrogena's "T-Gel" coal tar shampoo (available at every grocery store and drug store in the country). I've seen studies where it is recommended by dermatologists in our battle against hair loss. No miracles, of course, but it's much better than any of the other regular shampoos (and especially Head and Shoulders).

Some have cited studies that show coal tar extracts MIGHT be carcinogenic, but the concentration of it and amount are so high that most people (including dermatologists) agree that it is safe for human use. I know people who have used it for years, and I don't have a problem using it.

My questions are should I be using ZnO or should I stop using it since I have vellous hairs. If so how long should I use this. Which one do you feel is better, Morehairin or Souhakuhi? I have a feeling that I grew more vellous hairs on the Boric acid version of ZnO. Any inputs would be appreciated. Thanks
