Yeah, it's gonna be a problem to precisely measure an exact amount of a cream. However, that's something that we long-time Proxiphen users have had a lot of experience with! With practice, you can get pretty good at measuring out a quantity like that. The recommended Proxiphen dose is about 0.83 grams, or a "dab on the end of your finger", as Dr. P says. As you go through a month, you can tell if you're using a bit too little or a bit too much, and adjust the remaining doses accordingly, just by looking at how much is left in the vial.
In your particular case, I suggest that you "split the difference": don't prepare an entire month's worth or more of the cream and drug (at least at the beginning), because the variation from dose-to-dose might be a little too much, until you can get good at "eyeballing" each dose on your finger; and don't prepare each individual dose one at a time, because that seems like a LOT of trouble. I'd prepare about a week's worth at a time. It shouldn't be THAT difficult for you to estimate the proper dose from that, and if you're off a little, the error won't be terribly significant.
In fact, if you want to be super cautious at the start, then just measure out a precise 1-gram quantity of Dermovan using whatever means you have available to you (preferably a balance), and keep that handy in a sealed container just for an "eyball" comparison with that dab on your finger.
