I've used it since September and it does improve the hair quality and may regrow hair. Because I am also using Rogaine 2% and taking vitamins, I can't say if it is responsible for the hair growth I've had since September. But, I have a feeling it is the main reason the hair is responding. It creates a good environment for hair growth if you use other treatments. I think you can try it for three months and return it. It's worth a try.
