HI all, new here and to this topic. My hair is dark brown and very thin, getting thinner I think (I'm 40), don't see any bald spots, I don't think, but more scalp shows when i part my hair compared to other people. Was wondering if it's possible to transplant from another person, what docs in US do it and what is success rate. Also, can you transplant to areas that don't already have follicles (like between them, to make scalp show less)? Or does it have to "replace" an inactive follicle. I have someone with similar hair color willing to donate to me (such a nice guy). My mom does have small bald spot, would be great if this could work for her also. (she would have to find her own donor though, hair is a differernt color. not sure how she'd go about that) Thanks!
