Stephen, you always crack me up! You totally misunderstood what I meant, so let me spell it out in no uncertain terms:

I have COMPLETE, TOTAL CONFIDENCE in a direct negative effect of DHT on human scalp hair follicles. What I do NOT have confidence in is whether or not topical dutasteride is able to affect the DHT in hair follicles. It's a questioning of the pharmacological properties of a specific drug, not a questioning of the androgen-related foundations of hairloss theory which have been scientificaly tested and verified since the early 1940's.
