Actually, I think testosterone DOES have an adverse effect on hair follicles, because it's been shown to stunt the growth of hair follicles in vitro. However, I don't think that even the somewhat elevated amounts you get with fin/dut usage will be enough to cause a problem. Getting rid of most of the DHT is much more significant than a mild increase in testosterone.
