More like 30%. I posted the citation earlier to the study that measured that in a large group of men.

Ummm...I doubt that. In any event, the important point is that regardless of whether or not there's any "upregulation", castration STILL causes a dramatic decline in total androgenic stimulation. Serum DHT may drop by "only" 70% or so compared to the low 90's with dutasteride, but you have to remember the other factor: testosterone is dramatically reduced by 95% or so with castration, whereas dutasteride actually RAISES it a little! When you factor that into the androgenic equation, there's not much difference between the two.
