Okay thanks, this has cleared up a lot for me.

Basically to sum it up, at young age, assumed everything is in good order, one doesn't need to worry too much about the rise in estrogen through DHT inhibition and hence also unlikely occurence of sexual side-effects. so the sexual side-effects are in fact most likely tied to the estrogen level rise in individuals whos estrogen levels have already risen with their falling testostone levels due to age (mid 30s upwards). so the key here is the ratio of estrogen to testosterone. What puzzles me is once estrogen levels rise, do they always stay that way? does it accumulate through our lifetime? so the body is not able to reduce it unless we raise our testosterone? 80% dht inhibition adds to testosterone like 20%? this must have a considerable effect
