Bryan, you say the follicles were always different? Quite obviously not!!

Before the MPB process starts all the scalp follicles are large anagen follicles producing terminal hair! They are structuraly the SAME! Rising levels of DHT can create shrinkage of follicles in the MPB area. This is the CHANGE we want to understand! I thought you would be aware of the basic change in follicles in MPB bryan?

Your question "How were they altered" is something we would all like to know. The flawed in vitro testing you are so fond of, tells us nothing, and by any common sense standard is misleading.

You ask me to be specific? I have been specific! The balding follicle samples have had a growth restricting chemistry induced by an unknown in vivo process, the non balding samples have not. How can subsiquent in vitro testing possibly PROVE that balding is due to a DIRECT effect of DHT in vivo, against an indirect effect in vivo?
