Not necessarily!! You don't seem to be taking into consideration the fact that estrogen and DHT are players in the negative-feedback system in the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis. The presence of both of those hormones is what tells the brain to reduce the production of testosterone, very possibly even more so than testosterone itself! Inhibiting their production with finasteride and arimidex may very well INCREASE tesotsterone synthesis. It definitely did that in that famous study using dogs.
