While hormonal imbalances can be reversed, some of the side effects cannot. Gyno, for instance can only be reversed by costly surgery. If you notice any puffiness or soreness in the breast area while on a DHT inhibitor, have your hormone levels checked. Now, not to repeat myself, but you CAN stay "hornier and healthier" by keeping testosterone at the level it was at while you were in your prime. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Again, it takes a few years for your free testosterone levels to seriously decline. Remember, your body doesn't produce less test as you age, it simply binds more of it which causes a reduction in free testosterone and an increase in estrogen.
