While hormonal imbalances can be reversed, some of the side effects cannot. Gyno, for instance can only be reversed by costly surgery. If you notice any puffiness or soreness in the breast area while on a DHT inhibitor, have your hormone levels checked. Now, not to repeat myself, but you CAN stay "hornier and healthier" by keeping testosterone at the level it was at while you were in your prime. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Again, it takes a few years for your free testosterone levels to seriously decline. Remember, your body doesn't produce less test as you age, it simply binds more of it which causes a reduction in free testosterone and an increase in estrogen. I am NOT telling you to avoid the benefits of estrogen inhibition or testosterone supplementation, only to wait until you really need them. Yes, a man's test levels will decline between 25 and 30, but NORMALLY not enough to merit hormone therapy. In the same vein as this, MOST men tolerate Dutasteride without any side effects, but a small percentage do not. You need to simply keep an eye out for the onset of hormonal imbalance side effects. Remember, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
