Bryan,

Please lend us your expertise and give your take on this article in laymen's terms--especially the section regarding "DHT and the neuromuscular system." What's your view of the statement "it seems clear that DHT plays a vital role in the organization and functioning of the central nervous system, effects mediated by androgen receptors in neural cells"? Is this an accepted and established role of DHT? If so, what might be the implications, if any, for persons taking Finasteride or a potent dual 5-AR inhibitor like Dutasteride? In other words, do you see any red flags being raised in regards to systemic DHT inhibition?
