I would alter your statement slightly...You can be damn sure if you lead a horse to a puddle filled with shit he won't drink it. Not many people are going to pay a lot for a drug and fuck up their hormone levels to say "Oh look it! My baldspot shrunk by 0.00001 mm!!!!!!!"
When an effect treatment like hair multiplication or gene therapy comes along, guys will jump all over it.
